Can you do custom orders with a specific theme?
Of course!! We have a selection of different themes and flair in stock; however, if you don't see something that fits your interests we can customize your yard card even further. For special orders, additional fees may apply and the booking must be made at least two weeks in advance. If you have seen something you really love on our page, or in someone else's yard card, be sure to ask us about it! When reserving your yard card, please be sure to answer all of the questions on the form. We will reach out to you within 24 hours of order submission or contact, to confirm the details of your reservation.
Please note: while we will do our best to fulfill any custom requests we are limited to what we have available, unless the yard card is reserved at least 2 weeks in advance.
What does this cost and what size are the yard cards?
Our celebration yard cards start out at 65.00. The finished size will depend on the event being celebrated and the name on the yard card, if one is included.
What areas do you service?
We provide free delivery for a 5 mile radius around Abington, PA, including Glenside, Willow Grove, Cheltenham, Elkins Park, Whitemarsh, Hatboro, Horsham, Huntingdon Valley, Bryn Athyn, Mount Airy, and all communities within the 5 mile radius.
We are happy to deliver to any address outside of that radius, for a $20 delivery fee, up to 15 miles.
How long do we get to keep our yard cards for?
Your yard card will be set up either the night before your celebration or the morning of the Big Day.
If you have a preference for the setup time, please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen. We are here to customize your yard card and its delivery as much as possible. For example, if the surprise is for a school age child, some people like the Yard Card to be in place before they head of to school, and some prefer to surprise the birthday kid when they return home...it is all about how YOU want your celebration to be, and those details will be ironed out during our Booking Consultation call/chat.
Once the sun sets on your special day, the yard card pickup will happen either that night or the next morning. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or text us at 215-346-6595 and we will be happy to work with you for our drop off and pick up times.
What is your refund policy?
A refund will be honored when a declared Thunderstorm, Tornado or High Wind Warning is in effect for your zip code and surrounding areas on the day of your delivery, as we will not install the yard sign display during these conditions.
However, we will not refund payment if the homeowner/public official/rental office requests the display to be removed. We will not refund if denied entry to the delivery location or if animals prevent the display from being set up.
We will not refund for errors that occur on order submission.
