Yard Card Rental Terms and Conditions for Party Yards LLC
Thank you for choosing Party Yards to help celebrate your big day! Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking your yard card.

1) The yard card signs are the property of Party Yards LLC, and are to be collected in the same condition as when they were delivered. Any lost or damaged signs may be subject to a replacement fee of $35 per sign/letter.

2) While the yard card is being displayed, please do not cut the grass or water the lawn. Please do not move or tamper with your yard card. If your sign needs to be removed before the scheduled removal time, please let us know, and we will come take it down ASAP. Please do not attempt to dismantle the sign yourself.

3) Please remove pet waste from the yard before the scheduled delivery, and please keep pets away from the yard card once set up.
​
4) Yard cards are often a surprise for the recipient. We do try to set up the display without detection, but in the event the homeowner sees our set up team, we will let them know that a surprise yard card has been ordered for them, and that we cannot disclose who ordered the sign. We do let them know that we will inform the gifter that they inquired, so that the gifter may reveal themselves, if they wish. When possible, please let the homeowner know that a yard card will be delivered in advance.

5) Please be sure to double and triple check the spelling of the name, age, and anniversary year, etc., that you would like to include in your yard card. Refunds will not be provided for misspellings on your order form (but we will come correct your sign for you,) and it is your responsibility to ensure all information is correct.
​
6) We cannot provide a refund if a homeowner, homeowner's association, or local official asks for the yard card to be removed.
​
7) If a Thunderstorm, Tornado, or High Wind Warning has been issued for the delivery area, we will be unable to set up your yard card. In this case, we will allow you to choose a date to reschedule for the original or another yard card OR we will provide a full refund.
​
8) If you need to cancel your yard card before the day of delivery, a full refund will be provided OR you may schedule a future yard card as a replacement. If you need to cancel your yard card on the day of delivery, a 50% refund will be provided OR you may schedule a future yard card as a replacement.
​
9) Delivery locations beyond 10 miles of Abington, PA will be subject to a $20 delivery fee, which will be invoiced via email, once your booking and delivery location have been confirmed.
​
10) Booking requests will be confirmed within 24 hours of submission. Your request has not been finalized until you are contacted by a member of the Party Yards team to confirm the details of your booking.
